In 2016, we celebrated the 50th anniversary of the local chapter. During this year, several efforts have been made to prepare a book that presents various outstanding projects that have been made during the last 50 years in the field of concrete (between 1966 and 2016).
The presentation of the book took place during the seminar “Progress in the field of concrete” on November 30th and December 1st 2016. At the seminar, all participants and speakers received a copy of the book. In addition, we were fortunate to have the visit of ACI International President, Michael J. Schneider, who at this event presented a commemorative plaque to the local chapter.
